Product includes Tubelite Clear Anodized Storefront and Doors. Glazing included as PPG Sungate 500. Composite metal Panel, Alucabond "Oyster."

SOUTH SIDE APARTMENTS READY TO HIT THE MARKET
This multi-story apartment complex in Pittsburgh South Side is almost ready for tenants.
The building was designed by Renassiance 3 Arcitecture.
Product included by Traco. Traco Terrace Doors, Casement Vents and Storefront. PPG Solarban 60 glazing fabricated by UPG, and another quality installation by Specified Installations.

GOLDEN TRIANGLE CONSTRUCTION MOVES INTO NEW OFFICE BUILDING
Specified Systems Inc. installed 46 TRACO Series 3500 fixed over project out windows. Entrances include TRACO'S wide stile doors.
Finish on all of the products include PPG Duranar finish, Champagne Bronze.
Glazing included PPG Solargray Tint and PPG Solarban 60 Low E glazing.

Carnegie Library-East Liberty Renovations
Specifed Systems has helped Rycon Construction of Pittsburgh close up the newly renovated Carnegie Library in East Liberty. With about 90% of the glazing work completed Specified will begin to put the finishing touches on completing the outside part of the building.
Traco's Curtainwall and Storefront systems were erected in all of the locations shown above. PPG Solexia Tint, Azuria Tint and Solarban 60 low e glass were all used to help the performance and aesthetics of the building.

BAKERY SQUARE
Specified Systems works with local contractor PJ Dick at Bakery Square in Downtown Pittsburgh. The project is ongoing with several tenants moving into the new spaces created. Above are several photo's taken of the exterior work completed at Building 1, 3, and The Marriott.
